The Cattle Drive Café and Bull Bar is located at 213 S. Commercial Ave. Coleman Tx. Owners Todd and Vicki Virden opened the Cattle Drive Café in January of 2020 and then expanded the restaurant to include the Bull Bar in September of 2021.

The restaurant was named “Cattle Drive Café” in honor of the cattle drives that came thru Coleman and down Commercial Ave. along the Great Western Trail. This ran from South Texas north to Kansas and Nebraska from 1867 until 1895 as Coleman was one of the last places to purchase food and supplies for the herds before heading north.

The 100-year-old buildings have been completely remodeled and now provide an intimate and casual setting with a rustic flare, which was inspired by the Coleman history. The Cattle Drive Café and Bull Bar continues that great tradition of feeding travelers that pass through our community as well as local residents with homestyle cooking. We have ice cold Beer & Wine and some “new” favorite Cocktails available for you to enjoy.

We are the home of the “Hangry Heifer”, the “Cow Patty”, and “Big Willie” so come in and see what all the excitement is about!

We have Indoor and Patio Dining available. The “Cow Pattyo” is available for Parties, Meetings or any of your Special Events or Get Togethers! We also do Catering.
